Daylight Savings Time

I dont know about anybody else, but I am having the worst time adjusting to the time change. I never remember feeling this tired in years past. Maybe it was because it came so early this year.
I husband has already started planting his garden and almost half of it is onions. The little man next door Mr R., who is 93 yrs young, has had a good time helping and teaching my husband all about gardening. I wish I had a picture of them both planting their onions last week. If Mr. R plants something my husband runs out and buys the same thing and is planting it the next day. It's a good thing I like to cook with onions. He keeps wanting to plant tomatoes already but Mr. R said "Not yet Boy"!
As far as church goes we are planning our 1st Annual Missions Conference for the end of April. I am really looking forward to it. We are having 2 guest missionaries Bro. Caleb Shipman to Mineral Wells, Tx and Bro. Guzman to Mexico. Our theme is "Count the Cost".

*** Prayer request ***
Please pray for my husband because he has chosen to stop going to church altogether. I have turned him over to the Lord to do as he sees fit. I am continuing to attend all services and soul-winning hoping that he will again join me. Thank you for all your prayers (for both of us).

Have a wonderful Mid-week service this evening.

Hi, thank you for the comment about me and my girlz. And, my daughter added the picture, she is 12 and can figure this whole thing out way before I can.

Oh, gardening, how fun for your hubby and maybe Mr. R in his own way can be a mentor for your hubby. Anyways, I long to do gardening. It is still rainging to much here and the ground is still freezing, I love to get out and work in the dirt.

The Lord will bless and honor you as you bless and honor your husband. You know the Lord can speak to our mens' hearts in a way we couldn't ever. And as you hand him over to the Lord, and just continue contending for his heart, the Lord WILL honor you and your husband.

I pray you have an awesome Thursday, and may you have Sunshine!!!!

Blessings

Carrie,

Thank you for visiting Happy Tails. I've missed you and am glad to see you around the blog world again!

I'm sorry your husband stopped attending church. Just keep praying for him, don't nag him about it, and remember it's your job to make him happy and God's job to make him good. (o:

Blessings,

My dear friend. I just read this post. I wish we had the opportunity to grow tomato. There is nothing better than home grown so I understand a bit of how your husband was feeling. Also, I am so sorry about his decision. You are both in my prayers.
