It has been a crazy summer. It started off ok in May, but when June rolled around so did the chaos. June started with 3 trips to the emergency room for severe stomach pain and ended with having my Gallbladder removed and only cost me $16,000 (so far). I would have paid any amount of money to get rid of that pain and vomiting (I will spare you the details). I was lucky and only missed 1 week of work. My mother came to stay for a week to help out her Bratbaby. I was very lucky to have her with me. We also had some extreme flooding in the area.
July was busy with Vacation Bible School, family reunion out of state, and my husbands lawn mowing business. August is going well, just really, really hot.
